The role:
The Brand Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Marketing Team to plan and organize promotions and develop marketing activities to increase sales by various brands.
This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Main responsibilities:

- Communicate through Business WhatsApp channel new products and price specials.
- Edit marketing collateral, social media page, company website!
- Perform and present competitive research on products as requested.
- Monthly update of reports: Stock and sales, price surveys, marketing, and competitors report.
- Complete price surveys for all new and existing products.
- Event planning and working at promotions for both setup and executions.
- Collaborates with Brand Marketing Manager to establish success parameters and key performance indicators of marketing activations, to report and track the ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Do biweekly trade visits and provide report on specific brands.
- Ensure products are at proper inventory levels, with merchandising standards maintained.
The role:
In collaboration with the Sales Director, the Sales Supervisor will oversee and lead the activities of the Sales Division.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of Sales Representative.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Provides leadership to the sales team.
- Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
- Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
- Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
- Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
- Assist with the preparation of sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
- Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.

The role:
Sales Representatives are the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Sales reps ensure current customers. In addition, they are responsible for taking these customers orders and communicating them to the Billing team in house.
Main responsibilities:
Each sales representative would be given a route and a customer list. You will be required to use the respective route/schedule to service area allotted.
- Dress code in effect formal office wear: Shirt and dress pants or company jerseys.
- Assumes full responsibility of all office tools handed over by DeSinco limited. This includes but not limited to vehicle, DeSinco Limited Price List, stationery.
- Ensure Invoices/Bills are written in legible and acceptable format.
- Exercise excellent customer relations must always be maintained such as (prompt delivery, feedback, follow-up, consistent & systematic visits, marketing variety/range and timely collection).
- Be professional in dealing with customers and keeping abreast of market/trade, etc.
- Ensure daily presence is recorded.
- Ensure allotted area is adequately serviced.
- Ensure that your vehicle is properly maintained and kept in excellent working condition.
- Make all adjustments/alterations on all (3) copies when possible, on invoices.
- Merchandise in Van must always be kept in saleable conditions.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO — First in First Out)
- Approval must be granted by Credit Controller for credit facility to any customer.
- Cash must always be property secured. Management will not be responsible for any losses, (Monetary, etc. by Sales Representatives)
- Ensure all (cash) takings are accounted for and handed in to the Cashier daily.
- Check-off and balancing of stocks must be done fortnightly.
- Stocks must be verified by Sales representatives when uplifting goods from Warehouse.
- Ensure excessive goods are returned to Warehouse.
- Must be available for Marketing and Brand Managers Trade Visits.
- To liaise with Merchandiser on Sales and Merchandising issues.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB:
- Five (5) subjects at CXC level (Mathematics and English are Compulsory)
- Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset.
- Staff on-boarding is required.
The role:
A Warehouse Attendant will work together with the supervisor and manager of our warehouse to ensure the transition of goods into and out the warehouse. The attendant will be responsible for ensuring that orders are full filled and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Main responsibilities:
Delivery:

- To work alongside Drivers and Supervisors to Load and delivery correct merchandise to customers with a company invoice and ensure a signed copy is returned to the Warehouse Manager upon return to bond.
- Ensure goods delivered to customers are signed off on corresponding invoice by the customer acknowledging receipt of goods.
Warehouse:
- Ensure products are stored in correct allocated location in the warehouse and ensuring all food & drug procedures are followed. E.g., goods are packed on pallet, soaps are away from food items etc.
- Pick and Match Invoices ALWAYS with correct goods for processing and delivery
- Work along with accounting representatives to recheck damages, expiry items and discrepancies of stock
- Organize warehouse for quarterly stock taking
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor and manager.
- Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate stocks are delivered on all occasions, notify warehouse Manager when stocks are short or over.
The role:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering goods and other merchandise from one location to another. The driver is authorized to collect cash on behalf of DeSinco Limited following the Cash on Delivery Standard Operation Protocol (SOP).
The driver conducts daily vehicle checks and report vehicle defects immediately and follow-up with documentation.
Main responsibilities:
- Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
- Loads delivery vehicle following the delivery standard operation protocol (SOP).
- Delivers goods to the correct customer, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
- Check off all cash collected during delivery and ensure that all cash is placed in the safety basic box located in the van.
- Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor/manager.
Qualification & experience required:
- A sound secondary education.
- Valid driving license and clean driving record.
- At least 2 years working experience as a Driver.
